Since 1993, I have been actively involved in charity work especially programmes that target rural women and children. I have been able to assist rural communities reduce poverty, use simple technologies to increase their crop yields, access to safe water and environmental conservation.
Currently, am directly involved in the management of Students for Rural Development (SRYD) club, RIPLE Africa and Lilongwe Junior Club. Am also a member of a working team that is establishing Malawi Higher Education Fund. I sit on the board of directors for Community Sustainable Initiative (CSI) and Malawi Human Rights Youth Networks (MHRYN).
